# Release acceptance checks

Checks a client and Taptap3D must pass before connecting a live ecommerce embed.

Use this checklist when the planned service becomes available. Passing the local mock does not establish product readiness.

| Area             | Required result                                                                                                                        |
| ---------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Onboarding | Confirm API and embed origins, publication ID, parent-origin registration and supported parameters. |
| Tenant isolation | Private/unapproved records cannot be read through a public ID or supplied tenant parameter. |
| Approval | A private edit leaves the publication unchanged; approval advances only the latest response. |
| Pinning | A pinned revision remains unchanged after another revision is approved. |
| Withdrawal | Latest and pinned JSON, frame, canonical page and images stop exposing a withdrawn publication within the documented propagation time. |
| Browser policy | Approved storefront frames work; unapproved origins cannot frame the publication. JSON CORS matches the documented policy. |
| Messages | Wrong origin, frame or ID, unknown type and out-of-range heights are ignored. |
| Failure | Offline, timeout, `404`, `410`, `429` and `503` leave readable fallback content. No stale offer remains actionable. |
| Presentation | Mobile layout, keyboard access and frame lifecycle work in Safari, Firefox and Chromium. |
| Search | Host HTML contains approved facts, the agreed canonical URL and accurate structured data. |
| Operations | Rate limits, error codes, withdrawal timing, support and version policy are documented. |

Send the storefront origin, target platform and chosen integration surface to <enquiry@binox.com.hk>. Do not send access tokens or customer records.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.taptap3d.com/testing-and-support/acceptance.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `build a script that syncs our docs to a CMS` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
